Who we are
Karen Kennedy draws on experience from a wide range of contexts, moving from a background in nursing to positions with Glaxo and Sandoz (now Novartis) in areas including human resources, training and management development, and sales and line management
Prior to forming The Core Resource Ltd, Karen was European People Resourcing Director with SmithKline Beecham (now GSK) Pharmaceuticals, where her responsibilities included developing and implementing a Strategic People Plan for Europe. Karen also served as the UK Human Resources Director for SmithKline Beecham and Sandoz Pharmaceuticals
Karen's consulting experiences include European and US senior management executive coaching, team facilitation and development, senior leadership development programmes, organisational re-engineering and mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
Karen has a small established team of associate consultants who work with her in larger scale assignments
