Our Approach
When we begin a coaching assignment, it is essential to define the objectives at the outset. We involve line managers and their teams - sometimes together, sometimes separately - depending on circumstances and the needs of the client
We revisit these objectives regularly to assess progress, and wrap up the assignment with a review to clarify to what extent needs have been met
Facilitation or wider organisational assignments will be scoped out with the relevant stakeholders, and wherever possible an objective inquiry process will be carried out for the participants and potential stakeholders
We guarantee an equal, frank and confidential environment, building open and trusting relationships with clients and their teams, through clear and structured enquiry and rapid assimilation of issues. Because executives do not necessarily have colleagues they can confide in objectively, this coaching relationship is often very fruitful, utilising Karen's business expertise and coaching skill to support the client
